Marketing Campaign Specialist

Job Overview:

The Marketing Campaign Specialist will be responsible for the lead generation campaigns in coordination with other areas in Marketing. This role includes planning, coordinating, and rolling out marketing campaigns, and implies a very much “hands-on” set of skills as regards to Marketing tools (Marketo, Salesforce, Goldcast, etc, or similar).

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Create, plan, and execute Marketing Campaigns (events, emails, telemarketing, mailings, webinars, conferences…).
  • Monitor performance periodically.
  • Supervise insights from different information sources to provide campaign recommendations.
  • Market and competition intelligence.
  • Create content based on relevant research to build webinars and other campaigns.
  • Coordinate stakeholders (internal/external) for each action.
  • Build relevant supporting Powerpoint presentations and materials for each action.
  • Monitor campaigns budget all along the year.
  • Coordinate with Digital Marketing the creation of campaigns content, its communication plan, press and social media.
  • Work closely with Customer Marketing for webinars and events involving clients.
  • Follow-up leads/opportunities with Sales and the Data Analyst.
  • Report accurate data periodically regarding campaigns results and KPIs.
  • Use of Marketo, Salesforce, Goldcast, Monday.com and other useful tools to carry out the activity.
  • Report to the head of the Department.

 Education and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or digital marketing.
  • +5 years of experience in B2B lead generation positions.
  • Proven experience in planning, implementing, and executing Marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of software sector is a plus.
  • Proven experience/skills in Marketo or similar advanced automation tools
  • Proven experience/skills in Salesforce or similar CRMs

  • Advanced level in English is a must (speaking, reading, writing). French is a plus.
  • Availability to travel (not frequently).
